وۆركشوپى ڕاهێنانى تواناكان و دۆزينەوەى هەلى كار

The Directorate of Career Services (DCS) at Koya University conducted a 3-days "Workshop on Soft Skills and Successful Future Career" 17-19 May 2016.

This workshop was sponsored by International Research and Exchange Board (IREX) through gaining IREX-Mini grant for the CDC's.

The Workshop included the following sessions:

  1. Soft Skills for Job Success - Dr. Salah Mohammed.
  2. Essential career development skills - Mr. Bakhtiyar Omar.
  3. Problem solving and decision making skillS - Mr. Sido Davod.
  4. Adopting E-culture in business & Google apps - Dr. Salah Ismaeel Yahya
  5. Interview Techniques - Mr. Brosk Zangana.
  6. Public Speaking and Effective Communication - Dr. Salah Mohammed.
  7. Teamwork and its significance - Mr. Bakhtiyar Omar.
  8. Business etiquette - Mr. Brosk Zangana.
  9. Personal statements and resume development techniques - Ms. Zhino Jawhar.

بەڕێوەبەرايەتى بەكارخستن لە زانکۆی کۆیە هەڵسا بە ئەنجامدانی وۆركشوپێکى تايبەت بە ڕاهێنانى تواناكان و دۆزينەوەى هەلى كار. ئەم وۆركشۆپە لە ماوەى نێوان (١٧-١٩ ئایاری ٢٠١٦) و لەلايەن ڕێكخراوى نێودەوڵەتى IREX سپۆنسەر كرابوو. ئەم وۆركشۆپە تيايدا چەندين بابەتى گرنگى وەك: سەركردايەتى، پەيوەندى گرێدان، بەكارهێنانى تەكنۆلۆژيايى زانيارى، كارى بە كۆمەڵ، چارەسەركردنى گرفت، ڕێكخستنى كات، ئەتەكێتى كاركردن و .... هتد، پێشکەش کرا.
